Maintenance Fitter / Vulcaniser

Location: Erith and South East Area.

Work Pattern: Days/Evenings/Weekends

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

In house specialist training will be provided to the successful candidate, who will ideally be a qualified maintenance fitter. Experience of MMA welding, plate work repairs and small scale fabrication would be an advantage.

Duties include mechanical repairs, maintenance, belt fitting and vulcanising to industrial belt conveyor systems in various locations throughout the South East, with occasional travel to other parts of the UK as may be required from time to time. Work is arranged Monday – Friday and overtime rates apply to out of hours work.

The successful candidate will be provided with a structured training programme in order to gain key skills in the maintenance of industrial belt conveyor systems and associated plant and equipment.

Conveyor Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking to recruit a motivated trainee to become an all round conveyor maintenance engineer.

The successful candidate will be provided with a structured training programme in order to gain key skills in the maintenance of industrial belt conveyor systems and associated plant and equipment.

Eastern Region - Maintenance Fitter/Vulcaniser

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Hours: 45 hours/week
Work Pattern: Days/Evenings/Weekends

In house specialist training will be provided to the successful candidate, who will ideally be a qualified maintenance fitter. Duties include mechanical repairs, maintenance, belt fitting and vulcanising to industrial conveyor systems in a variety of locations – primarily in the East Midlands/Yorkshire region, with occasional travel to other parts of the UK as may be required from time to time. Work is arranged on a rota system, and overtime rates apply to out of hours work. There is an attractive remuneration package including a pension and the use of a company commercial vehicle.
