Our national network of service depots provides an unrivalled site vulcanising capability. As the pioneers of the BS6539 vulcanising quality standard, we are experts in the field.
Teams of highly trained & experienced staff are available to complete site vulcanising of conveyor belts up to 2500mm wide, 24 hours a day.
Our splicers receive extensive training, both in the process of
making vulcanised joints, and in the assessment of factors affecting their specification. Process training equips them with the ability to identify the conveyor belt specification, and construct the joint to BS6539 practice. Assessment training enables our teams to consider the particular application and environment of belt use for increasing joint strength if necessary.
Repairs of damaged belts are also made, either on site or at our workshop depending upon the extent of the problem.
