From our specialist Rubber Products and Processing (RPP) department, we excel in providing high quality rubber covered drums and rollers to both Original Equipment Manufacturers and the end user.
After over 15 years in the business, we have the expertise required to produce a range of high quality finishes to suit any application.
Service is our strength – Ace operates the largest drum and roller covering facility in the UK and we can handle drums up to 1200mm diameter and 3m face width. Quotations can be provided almost instantly from our computer operators.
We offer a wide range of rubber compounds and hardness’s to suit industrial, agricultural and food quality applications. We can offer Natural Rubber, SBR, Nitrile, Fire Resistant, Neoprene, WFQ and EPDM compounds in Plain, Chevron, Diamond and Centre Grooved patterns. Specialist finishes such as pintle lagged and sponge covered rollers are also readily available.
Our standard service for planned production is a seven day turn-around, and we can provide the option of a 48 hour completion for critical and urgent orders.
The department operates a comprehensive collection and delivery service, and is ISO 9001 accredited.
