Building on recent developments in the field of belt cleaning, the Ace Sensator II provides a simple and effective solution to often complex belt cleaning problems.
The ACE Sensator II, with its’ leading edge blade angle configuration, separates residues from a conveyor belt, allowing them to fall away under gravity, thereby not clogging the mechanism or fouling the blade. Free from material build up, ACE Sensator II blades retain their cleaning edge.
The scraper has a revolutionary twin arm torsion mount system, giving superior stability, combined with low contact pressure and automatic adjustment. There is no bounce as each blade deflects easily away from the belt surface immediately the blade encounters belt fasteners or any other obstacles, extending the operating life of the blades and the belt.
