Cleated belts are designed for conveying products in a wide variety of bulk and packaged materials, from magnetic separation equipment, to fruit and vegetable production, Ace can provide a cleated belt solution for your application.
Raised rubber cleats are integrally moulded into the surface of a flat belt at a calculated pitch and spacing depending upon the nature of the conveyed product.
Cleats are available for belts up to 3000mm wide, and from 8mm to 400mm high in a wide range of shaped profiles.
