Belt Reelers
As a company used to handling large rolls of conveyor belting as part of our daily operations, we design and manufacture our own range of Ace ‘Mammoth’ belt reeling equipment.
We manufacture reelers to suit belt widths up to 2500mm wide, and up to 400m rolls of conveyor belting. The units can be designed to be mounted on a portable free standing steel frame, or for inclusion within a belt change station on long overland or drift conveyors.
Ace Mammoth reelers are available with the option of Electric, Hydraulic or Diesel power – All feature a sophisticated control system to control the torque delivery and belt speed as the roll size gradually increases/decreases when the reeling operation is taking place.
We have supplied belt reelers for large projects across the globe into the coal handling, power generation and steel making industries.
