Projects
Each project is overseen by a dedicated Project Manager who will ensure that all elements of the job, from detailed costing to quality control, are undertaken with Ace’s customary attention to detail and exceptionally high standards.
Typical projects would include:
- New conveyor installations.
- Modifications to existing conveyors, for example to run faster, to carry a higher tonnage.
- Improvements, to make the conveyor run more efficiently and/or cost effectively.
- Refurbishment of old equipment.
- Problem solving, for example excessive spillage, wind-blown product, and sticky products clogging up the system.
All equipment specified will be manufactured either by ourselves or one of our equipment partners, ensuring only the highest quality components. All site work is carried out by our team of highly trained project installation engineers to the most exacting standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
