The site phase of large projects is usually the most demanding. Our experienced team of site installation and project engineers are capable of planning and managing the build process from the ground upwards.
Construction sites are dangerous environments to work in, and as such our teams are fully trained and qualified to operate within CDM regulations. All project installation work is governed by comprehensive health and safety planning, including site establishment, risk assessment, hazard controls and method statements.
Commissioning, performance trials and final handover to the complete satisfaction of our client is our goal.
All Ace equipment is supplied with CE certification together with comprehensive operations and maintenance manuals – our experience in conveyor maintenance results in the recommendation of realistic routines and schedules to suit the application and duty of the conveyor.
