About Us

Our company, which began in 1971, has developed year by year through a combination of organic growth and acquisition.

Starting life as a conveyor belt splicing company, known as Ace Vulcanising Ltd., we have steadily expanded our service business into the UK’s first and only national conveyor service company. We quickly diversified into belt supply and later into the design and manufacture of innovative conveyor accessories, vulcanising equipment, maintenance contracts, and can offer the design, manufacture and installation of large conveyor projects.

Health and Safety is now the number one priority in our business – we take it so seriously that we have developed a range of specialist externally accredited courses to ensure our staff can demonstrate the required competence to work anywhere.

Our business philosophy is not simply to offer the lowest priced products and services – we promote a different approach by seeking to engineer the very best value for money for our customers. Our thirst for knowledge and innovation has led us to source, develop and promote some of the finest products in the world, and we are proud of our achievements. We actively engage in benchmarking exercises, and work alongside customers to monitor product and service performance in order to develop best practice. Typically this results in the specification of high quality products that give greater service life, improved plant availability and the lowest cost per tonne over the product life cycle.

In future - We are heavily involved in the application and development of relevant technology to gain an even greater understanding of system and component performance. Our goal is to continually assist our customers to find the lowest reliable operating costs for their conveyor plant and equipment.
